Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Chess Educator to join our team.The ideal candidate will have the ability to motivate, educate, and inspire children to discover their potential through the game of chess.As a Chess Educator, you will be responsible for teaching children aged 6-16 years old online.You will need to be humble, empathetic, and able to connect with younger children.You will also be responsible for conducting creative activities, developing interactive classrooms, and ensuring students enjoy the course.Additionally, you will engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals, evaluate student performance, and make recommendations for improvement.Conducting demo sessions and converting them into students is also an essential part of this role.You may also be required to conduct group and private lessons as needed.Providing a fun and creative environment is crucial in this position.Qualifications/Experience Required:Strong subject knowledgeExperience in teaching ChessRelevant working experienceBenefits:Our salary structure is as follows:Per Session Basis for 7 AM - 9 PM:1-25 Sessions: Rs. 125/- per session + Rs.75/- per demo25-60 Sessions: Rs. 150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo61-80 Sessions: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo81 & Above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demoNORMAL HOURS PAY GUARANTEE:4 hours: Month 1 - 4000 INR, Month 2 - 8000 INR, Month 3 onwards - 12000 INR6 hours: Month 1 - 5500 INR, Month 2 - 10500 INR, Month 3 onwards - 16000 INR
