About the Role:


We are seeking a Conference Producer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Hotel or Technology Industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-quality conferences and a deep understanding of the latest trends in the hotel industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Management: Oversee and manage the upload of conference content to various platforms.

Speaker Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with speakers for various conferences.

Social Media Content: Work on upcoming social media content to promote conferences and engage with our audience.

Industry News: Stay updated with the latest news in the hotel industry and incorporate relevant information into conference content.

Article Writing: Write articles relating to the latest trends in the hotel industry.


Deep Understanding of Hotel Industry Trends:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the trends shaping the future of the hotel industry. This includes, but is not limited to:


Sustainability: Awareness of the increasing importance of sustainability in the hotel industry. This includes knowledge of sustainable practices, eco-friendly materials, and energy-efficient technologies.


Technology Integration: Understanding of how technology is integrated into the hotel industry, including the use of AI, IoT, and other digital solutions to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.


Customer Experience: Knowledge of the evolving expectations of hotel guests, including personalised experiences, seamless online booking, contactless check-in and high-quality in-room amenities.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Conference Producer.
  • Experience in the Hotel or Technology Industry events is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
