Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to drive software testing and development of test scripts from requirement specifications, use cases, and user stories.This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to undertake testing during development sprints and product releases. The successful candidate will interact with business analysts/product owners and customer representatives to ensure acceptance criteria have been met.The Quality Assurance Manager will work closely with the development team to set up and run automated tests using Selenium and write and maintain automated test scripts in C# using Spec Flow and Selenium.The key responsibilities include:Owning software testing against requirement specifications, use cases, and user stories.Assisting the team in undertaking testing.Collaborating with development team members.Supporting external test partners.Managing the creation of a test automation strategy.Increasing testing coverage.Assisting with bug/defect tracking, debugging, and fixing where appropriate.Responsible for Test environment deployments.Continued improvements of efficiency within the delivery teams.Penetration and performance testing of systems in line with company policy and customer expectation.Mentor R&D team in QA and SDLC processes.Support team member personal development goals.Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require:Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.Experience with Selenium and automated testing frameworks.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proven track record of delivering high-quality results.BenefitsAs a valued member of our team, you can expect:A competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.About UsWe are a forward-thinking organization dedicated to delivering innovative solutions.
