User Experience DesignerIn this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting and delivering intuitive UIs for products that meet the highest standards of quality and user-centric design.Participate in workshops and interviews with business process subject matter experts to gather, confirm and document business requirements.Define, design and develop wireframes and UI elements for client applications and in-house products.Collaborate with automation/RPA and .Net / Web developers to ensure seamless integration of the UI with .NET / Web applications.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop responsive web/App designs that automatically adapt to multiple screen sizes/devices.Conduct usability testing to identify and resolve UI issues, and gather valuable insights from target users.Utilize visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts to plan and present user interface designs.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs, e.g., Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Flash & Flex to mockup UI components.Experience building responsive web/App designs that create applications that automatically conform to multiple screen sizes/devices.Conducted usability testing to identify and resolve UI issues, and gathered valuable insights from target users.Used visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts to plan and present user interface designs.A minimum of 6 years of experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer.A minimum of 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications.Proficient in hand-on design and development using C#.NET.Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns.Experience using jQuery, Client Object Model, and Service-Oriented Architecture and web development frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery).Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC, Design patterns and SOLID principles.
