Job Description:

Detailed Job Descriptions :- Leading overall operation of PQC. Managing shift operations Process strengthening and monitoring. PFMEA and control plan creation for new products. Monitor Performance of RTY Shift by Shift and take immediate actions for low RTY models. RCA for customer complain & low RTY. Implementation of poka-yoke on line to ensure product quality. Ensure FT output are aligned as per defined process. Report Preparation for RTY, SMT PCBA, Weekly and Monthly review Advance Manpower planning according to running lines. Ensure availability of consumable parts jigs and fixtures used for testing the Handset. Monitor Weekly reconciliation of Battery for both floor. In case of new models NPI pre-intimation of requirement to concern department for testing related consumables. Resolve issues of line related to process rejection.
