You will work closely with our leadership team to source new IT project opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers across global markets.The ideal candidate will have a strong network in IT, consulting, or enterprise technology, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience in sales, bidding, business development, or project sourcing. If you have a passion for growth, conversions, and building long-term partnerships, we encourage you to apply for this challenging role.About the Role:This position involves working on a variety of IT projects including software development, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, DevOps, mobile applications, and staff augmentation.You will be responsible for pipeline ownership, account management, market research, and expansion strategies.Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality results while maintaining an active pipeline of leads, discussions, and negotiations.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Opportunity Sourcing:Identify IT projects, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders from global markets.Source new IT project opportunities for software development, cloud computing, AI, DevOps, mobile applications, etc.Target enterprise, mid-size, startup, and government clients.Business Development & Client Acquisition:Build relationships with decision-makers: CTOs, CEOs, Procurement Heads, Product Managers, and IT Directors.Pitch our services and convert leads into paid projects.Conduct requirement understanding calls and solution walkthroughs.Proposal & Bidding Support:Coordinate RFP/RFQ submission with the internal team.Provide client requirements, scope, and timelines to the technical team.Support proposal preparation, commercials, and negotiation.Pipeline & Account Ownership:Own the opportunities you bring until successful closure.Maintain an active pipeline of leads, discussions, and negotiations.Ensure smooth handover of client requirements to the delivery team.Market Research & Expansion:Track industry trends and new technology demands.Identify potential markets to expand our service offerings.Scout for recurring and long-term partnership opportunities.Requirements:Strong Network in IT:Experience in IT sales, bidding, business development, or project sourcing.Understanding of software development lifecycle (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to identify opportunities and close deals independently.What We Offer:Commission-Based Earning Model:High commission on RFP/RFQ/Tender Identification.Successful Bid Submissions.New Client Acquisition.Project Conversions (Web, Mobile, AI, DevOps).Staff Augmentation Placement.Project Extensions & Upsells.Renewals (performance-based).Remote & Flexible Work Model.No fixed office timings.No daily reporting pressure.Full independence in managing your pipeline.
