We are seeking a dynamic and creative Internal Communication & Design Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon. This role combines strategic communication with strong design expertise to craft impactful employee experiences. Communication Strategy & Design ExecutionDevelop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational culture.Maintain a structured internal communication calendar for key initiatives and campaigns.Design and deliver compelling content across formats—newsletters, memos, infographics, videos, blogs, and presentations.Simplify complex business messages into clear, accessible, and visually engaging communication materials.Ensure consistency of tone, style, and brand identity across all employee communications.2. Platform & Content ManagementManage and enhance internal communication channels, including MS Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Intranet, and digital displays.Create and maintain visually appealing templates and assets to standardize communication formats.3. Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with senior leadership and business teams to design communication strategies for organizational updates and change management.Work closely with the People Experience team to support campaigns on culture, recognition, employer branding, and learning initiatives.4. Measurement & InsightsEvaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns through surveys, polls, and analytics.Present quarterly insights through visually designed reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.5. Event Communication & Experience DesignDesign creative collaterals for employee engagement initiatives, town halls, and cultural events.Conceptualize and manage branded merchandise, gifts, and internal swag aligned with employee experience goals.Support event communication with digital invitations, posters, backdrops, and other creative assets.QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing, or a related field.4–5 years of experience in internal/corporate communications, ideally in the IT or technology sector.Proven experience in designing visual communication assets.Skills & CompetenciesTechnical SkillsProficiency in internal communication tools: MS Teams, Viva Engage, SharePoint, and email platforms.Strong design expertise in Canva and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a distinct advantage.Ability to create high-quality visuals, layouts, and infographics for digital and print.Content SkillsExceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.Ability to merge written content with creative design to maximize engagement.Soft SkillsStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Proactive, detail-oriented, and creative thinker with a strong design sensibility.Preferred SkillsBasic video editing, motion graphics, or animation experience.Familiarity with survey tools and designing engaging dashboards.Exposure to branding and visual identity design.
