Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end contract lifecycle management : drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements.Handle diverse contract types including:IT and software contracts (MSAs and SOWs)Reseller, referral, and partnership agreementsProcurement and subcontractor agreementsLease, consulting, audit, and staffing agreementsNDAs and DPAsConduct legal research and provide actionable insights.Develop and maintain contract playbooks , templates, knowledge objects, and process flow documentation.Maintain structured workflows and matter tracking systems to enhance visibility, streamline processes, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. What We're Looking ForA legal professional with 3 to 6 years of experience .Proven experience in contract negotiation and legal drafting , especially in the IT sector.Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance legal workflows and document management.Ability to work independently during evening/night hours (6 PM – 2 AM IST).
