Senior RFP Analyst

POSITION SUMMARYThe Senior RFP Analyst is primarily responsible for the timely development and completion of all levels of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). This encompasses the ability to fully comprehend basic, intermediate, and complex questions posed in the RFP and provide comprehensive responses. The responses must be U.S. English grammatically correct and of a U.S. business executive-level style and tone. Additionally, this includes ensuring that our RFP proposal management software, Responsive (formerly RFPIO), is current and properly maintained with archived RFP responses. This position may also be asked to assist with other internal quality projects, as needed.PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop accurate, differentiated, compelling, and comprehensive responses to RFP, RFI, RFQ, security, and informational questions that are 100% U.S. English grammatically correct and at a U.S. business executive-level style.Develop business relationships with colleagues to ensure effective coordination of proposal generation.Work closely with Subject Matter Experts across the company, including product management experts, clinicians, implementation/client services staff, sales executives, account managers, and senior executives to create effective responses.Prepopulate responses, leveraging Q&A pairs in our Responsive Content Library as a starting point. Ensure that each response is customized to that unique RFP and personalized for the specific client. Intermediate and complex questions will require Subject Matter Expert involvement for technical information that must then be crafted into comprehensive, customized responses.Fully utilize AI features within Responsive to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality.Create and maintain supporting documentation, such as exhibits, diagrams, and graphics.Coordinate, collect, and compile all RFP deliverables and responses into a professional format.Manage your sections of the proposal production process, ensuring the final proposal product is of high quality, meets all specifications, and is delivered to the client on time.Conduct regular content audits and reviews to ensure proposal responses, question and answer pairs, and knowledge assets are accurate, current, and aligned with organizational standards; proactively update and retire outdated content to maintain a high-quality knowledge base.Track the status of all proposals and projects for which you have been assigned work and provide weekly updates to manager.Attend all daily RFP Team project and communication meetings.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Prerequisites:Strong experience as an Sr RFP Writer/Manager or equivalent role with a U.S.-based organization.Demonstrated U.S. college-level verbal, written, and editorial command of U.S. EnglishAbility to develop deep and broad knowledge of our Jiva Healthcare Enterprise Management Platform, Jiva HIE, and all supporting point solutionsExperience using Responsive (formerly RFPIO), or comparable Proposal Management Software, for content management and researchStrong analytical abilityStrong organization skillsAbility to make clear, reasoned judgmentsAbility to perform work accurately and thoroughlyAbility to quickly shift to new work tasks due to changing prioritiesAbility to support multiple concurrent projects and work well under deadlines.Ability to consistently pay attention to the minute details of an RFP response, project, or taskAbility to comprehend instructions and competently act on directionAbility to work independently with minimal direction and arrive at high-quality workAbility to take correction and not repeat mistakesStrong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and with all levels across the organization, including technical and clinical Subject Matter Experts as well as senior/executive staffFamiliar with SharePoint, Adobe, and Microsoft tools
