The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python, a solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, Design patterns , and experience with NoSQL databases, or MongoDB and Debugging. The candidate should also be familiar with test-driven development practices, possess excellent teamwork skills, and demonstrate effective communication abilities.
