The role offers an opportunity to learn the craft of video editing and motion design under the guidance of experienced professionals while contributing to live brand campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling through visuals, a basic understanding of editing tools, and a keen eye for design and motion.Key Responsibilities:Edit short-form and social media videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.Design motion graphics, text animations, and transitions in Adobe After Effects.Collaborate with design and creative teams to deliver engaging and visually appealing video content.Manage footage, organise project files, and ensure consistency and quality standards are maintained.Assist in brainstorming creative concepts and contribute ideas for digital and brand campaigns.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mass Media, Animation, Design, or related field.Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.Understanding of colour grading, motion design principles, and short-form video content.Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and rhythm.A portfolio or sample work (if available) will be an advantage.Skills Required:Creative mindset with attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced creative setup.Strong organisational and time management skills.Awareness of social media video trends and digital storytelling formats.Why Join Us:Hands-on learning experience with mentorship from senior editors and motion designers.Exposure to real-time client projects and brand campaigns.Opportunity for career progression into a Video Editor or Motion Designer role post training.Dynamic and collaborative work culture focused on creativity and innovation
