About the Role

We are looking for a P&C CRE Insurance Specialist to help shape a new innovation in the U.S. commercial real estate insurance space. This is an opportunity to collaborate with some of the most successful and forward-thinking stakeholders in the industry. More details on the project will be shared once we connect.


We’re seeking someone with hands-on experience supporting industry-leading U.S.-based P&C brokers, consultants, or risk managers—regardless of where you’re based (we’re open to international candidates, with strong preference for India).


Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on insurance documentation, workflows, and industry best practices.
  • Advise on how stakeholders (owners, operators, brokers, insurers) manage and share critical information.
  • Support organization and tracking of SOVs (schedules of values), COIs (certificates of insurance), binders, and master policies.
  • Share insights from your experience working with industry-leading firms to inform business strategy and product direction.
  • Collaborate with founders, engineers, and designers to ensure industry alignment.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years supporting U.S.-based property & casualty brokers, consultants, or risk managers.
  • Strong familiarity with key insurance documentation and processes (SOVs, COIs, binders, master policies, renewals, etc.).
  • Understanding of risk management frameworks such as COPE (Construction, Occupancy, Protection, Exposure).
  • Comfortable advising in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.


Contract-to-Full Time Path

This role will begin as a multi-month contract with potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate.
