We are seeking enthusiastic and driven interns to join our HR team at Attero for various roles. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, community management, events coordination, and database generation in a dynamic environment.


Position Available: - HR Intern


Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment team in various stages of the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

• Assist in the posting of job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interests.

• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates to ensure a positive interview experience.

• Prepare regular reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.

• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.

• Learn and apply basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

• Assist in Employee Engagement Initiatives.

• Provide administrative support in the form of data entry, report generation, and other HR-related tasks. Education Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR and recruitment.

• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
