Role Description

As an Engineer – Solar Operations, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and efficient operation of solar energy systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal system performance, managing troubleshooting activities, and supporting technical initiatives to improve system efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar energy systems.
  • Monitor solar plant performance and ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs to maintain optimal system efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution and deliverables.
  • Prepare detailed reports on system performance, issues, and solutions implemented.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in solar operations, installation, or maintenance.
  • Proficient in solar PV systems, inverters, and monitoring tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in solar energy projects.
