Position: MicroStrategy Architect

Location: Pune/Nagpur

Purpose of the Position:
This is a customer facing role, owning overall analytical solutioning between Infocepts and client business stakeholders. Your role is to empower customers to make informed decisions by providing timely, reliable, and accurate information in developed analytical solutions. This needs good understanding of business domain, understanding of problem statement, translating the same in business requirements for client and aligning on the priority and implementation of same. You will be responsible for end-to-end solutioning architecture, and successful delivery and support with further enhancements and new development.

Key Result Areas and Activities:
MicroStrategy Solutioning and Architecture- Demonstrate strong knowledge of MicroStrategy architecture and components to design effective solutions.
Thought Leadership - Build and share experience and evidence based thought leadership in the Analytics domain through various channels and provide inputs on creating and enhancing enduring solutions for client.
Schema and Report Development- Create schema objects and develop complex reports using MicroStrategy Desktop and Web, including attributes, facts, logical tables, hierarchies, reports, metrics, filters, prompts, documents, and dashboards.
Database and SQL Management- Utilize expertise in SQL Server, SQL, PL/SQL, and stored procedures for data management and reporting.
Nurture and Grow Talent -Provide support for recruitment, coaching and mentoring, and building practice capacity in the project team(s) in MSTR.

Essential Skills :
Expertise in Design and Development of MicroStrategy dashboards/reports.
Extensive experience with MicroStrategy Architecture, Schema, Performance Optimizations
Must understand Data Modelling and Data warehouse concepts.
Good knowledge on SQL, PL/SQL, ETL (Informatica) Designing.
Experience estimating for the identified work, creating project plan and tracking tasks for small modules.

Desirable Skills :
Experience in providing analytics solutions while maintaining balance between architecture requirements, required efforts and customer specific needs in other tools.
Knowledge on PowerBI.
Well versed with the latest trends in analytics, business intelligence and data visualization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Demonstrated continued learning through one or more technical certifications or related methods.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in MicroStrategy Solution Designing, Development.

Qualities:
Self-motivated and focused on delivering outcomes for a fast-growing team and firm.
Should communicate persuasively through speaking, writing, and client presentations.
Able to work in a self-organized and cross-functional team.
Experienced working in multi-cultural environment
Deadline driven, organized and ability to multi-task.
Research focused mindset.
