Cyber Security Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Service Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of our Security Operation Center (SOC) service. This key role involves building strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in service management, with experience in delivering Cyber SOC services. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to position themselves at a C-suite level, and lead collaborative teams to achieve results.Key Responsibilities:Develop and present client operational reporting for monthly meetingsManage Client SLAs and Reporting, driving enhancements as neededEvaluate L1 and L2 analyst performance against SLA and proceduresConduct onboarding of new clientsPromote Continual Service Improvement Plans (CSIP) for client patchingFoster deep understanding of client business through strategic planning, roadmaps, and workshopsRisk and Issue ManagementProblem ManagementScope ManagementChange ManagementMajor Incident ManagementRequired Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 5 years work experience in Service ManagementExperience in Delivering Cyber SOC service is essentialBackground working in an MSP environmentITIL Service Management accreditationProven experience in Incident ResponseStrong knowledge of ITSM service delivery conceptsAble to position and present at a C-suite levelAbility to lead and collaborate with multi-disciplined teamsExcellent time management skillsStrategic thinking with a proactive approachA willingness to adapt to a fast-growing & changing environmentSelf-sufficiency and high degree of autonomyAbility to influence external & internal stakeholders
