Job DescriptionAs a SAP Fiori developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for various business applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain SAP Fiori applicationsCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specificationsImplement custom and standard SAP Fiori applications using SAP Web IDEPerform unit testing and troubleshoot issues in SAP Fiori applicationsEnsure seamless integration with existing SAP systems and modulesMaintain documentation for development processes and user guidesStay updated with the latest SAP Fiori best practices and technologiesQualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Bachelor or master degree in computer science, information technology, or related field6 years of experience in SAP frontend development (SAPUI5 / Fiori)Experience in Fiori design patterns, expertise in UI theme designerExpertise with annotations and SAP smart controlsProficient in SAPUI5 and Fiori framework: deep understanding of SAPUI5 controls, components, routing, and data binding mechanismsFront-end development skills: expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologiesOData knowledge: ability to consume and create OData services for data integration with backend systemsExperience in developing UI5 freestyle appsSAP ABAP understanding: basic understanding of ABAP programming for backend integration and customizationFiori gateway services development skillsExperience with SAP BAS and SAP Web IDEExperience in Fiori launchpad configurationExperience in Fiori elements and CDS viewsMust be good at JavaScript's, JQUERY, XML, JSON and HTML5, layout designing with CSSExperience in SAP BTP platforms tools – SAP Build / SAP Build Process Automation / SAP workzone - Added ValueExperience in SAP BTP frameworks – CAP or RAP - Added ValueExperience in web service and REST API integration - Added ValueAbility to solve problems independently, showing perseverance and requiring minimal assistanceStrong communication and collaboration skills: ability to effectively collaborate with functional teams, designers, and other stakeholdersStrong work ethicsPreferred QualificationsWhile not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSONFamiliarity with JQuery and layout design using CSSExperience with SAP BTP tools: SAP Build, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP WorkzoneFamiliarity with SAP BTP frameworks: CAP (Cloud Application Programming) or RAP (Restful ABAP Programming)Experience with REST API and web service integration
