Job Requisition ID # 25WD92093Position Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic entry-level engineer to join our Observability Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have foundational programming skills in Python and a keen interest in automation. This role will focus on building and maintaining observability solutions across Splunk, OpenTelemetry (OTel), Dynatrace, and Catchpoint. ResponsibilitiesAutomate repetitive operational tasks using Python and scripting.Innovate to solve complex problems with generative AI driven solutionsSupport the configuration and troubleshooting of monitoring platforms (Splunk, Dynatrace, Catchpoint).Assist in instrumenting services with OpenTelemetry for metrics, logs, and traces.Collaborate with team members to improve monitoring coverage and reliability.Minimum Qualifications Proficiency in Python with basic exposure to automation.Understanding of monitoring and logging concepts.Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn observability tools.Quick learner and good analytical skillsPreferred Qualifications Familiarity with Splunk queries, OTel collectors, or APM tools.Exposure to git based development and ci/cd workflows and scripting beyond Python.
