An exciting opportunity to join us as Senior Recruitment Manager at Hallbridge Education has now become available. You will hold overall responsibility for the student recruitment for our closest university partner and will be required to meet annual recruitment targets.
About the Role
You will be a dynamic and strategic leader who will drive our recruitment and outreach efforts, aligning them with the organisation's objectives. This critical role involves travel and planning, overseeing widening participation and student success initiatives, and implementing innovative systems to enhance recruitment strategies whilst delivering exceptional recruitment service.
You will be asked to achieve undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment targets, engage with Heads of Departments, and be a champion for their new and existing programmes.
This is predominantly a sales and student recruitment role, primarily B2C with some elements of B2B. This is not an Admissions or Marketing role.
About You
You will be a highly motivated and experienced senior manager with a degree or equivalent qualification to drive our higher education recruitment and outreach/access activities. You will have a proven track record of achieving targets, previous experience of working in a similar capacity and deliver outstanding customer service, supported by strong organisational, analytical skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, alongside a commitment to encouraging young people to aspire to higher education, are essential. If you thrive under pressure, excel at managing budgets, and are passionate about UK HE we would like to talk to you.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
- Education: Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience: Proven track record in student recruitment in India or abroad, with at least 5 years of experience in promoting UK universities as a Recruitment Manager
- Opportunity Pipeline Management: Experience in planning and managing a comprehensive pipeline of opportunities to meet challenging income targets
- Target Achievement: Ability to consistently meet targets, milestones, and contracted outputs within agreed timelines
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial understanding to manage budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of initiatives
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Business and Academic Understanding: Empathy with and understanding of both the business and academic worlds, with the ability to align motivations and build lasting relationships
- Senior Representation: Ability to represent the University with confidence, diplomacy, and authority, particularly when engaging with prominent and influential individuals
- Workload Prioritisation: Ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively, ensuring high-quality outcomes within set deadlines.
