Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled engineer to fill the role of PAS-X System Administrator. This position requires expertise in configuring and managing the PAS-X system, with a focus on version 3.1.8, 3.2.1, and 3.30 configurations.PAS-X Administration: As a successful candidate, you will have experience in setting up and maintaining PAS-X systems, including service configuration, user synchronization with LDAP/AD, printing, and system console management.SAP-MES Integration: You will be responsible for designing and implementing interfaces between SAP and MES systems.System Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for system life cycles, including CS, TRM, risk assessments, IQ test scripts, and change controls will be a key part of this role.MES Connectivity: Integrating MES systems with Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 systems is also a crucial aspect of this position.Database Management: Managing databases, creating SQL scripts, and understanding database schema are essential skills for this role.In addition to technical skills, we are looking for an individual who can troubleshoot complex technical issues related to PAS-X, including weighing and dispensing scale issues, printer/scanner problems, and KP information analysis.Key Skills and QualificationsPAS-X System Administration: Experience in configuring and managing PAS-X systems.SAP-MES Interface Development: Ability to design and implement interfaces between SAP and MES systems.Documentation and Communication: Strong writing and communication skills for creating and maintaining system life cycle documentation.MES Integration: Experience integrating MES systems with Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 systems.Database Management: Knowledge of database management principles, including SQL script creation and database schema understanding.The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
