This role involves working at the exciting intersection of healthcare and technology while being mentored by brilliant minds in the industry.The selected candidate will have the opportunity to grow with high-speed growth and work on projects that enable healthcare organizations to achieve their goals.Key Responsibilities:Strategize, lead, and design functional and technical solution development for new business acquisition activities related to commercial solutions spectrum, including omnichannel, content factory, web factory, CX and data-oriented solutionsDemonstrate thought leadership, solution innovation, and architecture design for RFPs and client engagement avenuesEvaluate client requirements in collaboration with internal SMEs/tech experts, aligning them with service propositions, operating model designs, effort estimations, SLA definitions, etc.Develop compelling sales narratives, value proposition document, business cases and CXO/CXO-1 level discussion material, driving client-facing discussionsDefine solution models and budget creation for consulting, current engagement scale-up, new technology implementation, legacy portfolio modernization across MarTech stackConduct discovery sessions with customers to shape opportunities and contribute to pipeline developmentArchitect pricing models, construct solutions, and orchestrate alignment between clients and internal stakeholdersDrive end-to-end bid management for large deals, author proposal responses, and lead proposal defence discussions, pricing negotiations, and SOW closuresGlobal markets coverage and mandate to drive growth across key and new accounts portfolio, working closely with sales and delivery leadershipLead ideation sessions with internal leadership teams to identify innovative win themes and value propositions during proposal developmentArticulate value proposition to clients through written proposals and live presentationsStrategically align tech offerings with emerging trends, including GenAI-driven solutions and digital transformation initiativesNavigate complex decision-making among cross-functional stakeholders (both internal and client side)Requirements:Must-Haves:10+ years' experience in marketing and CX oriented solutions sellingPrior experience in managing complex solution development for integrated and large dealsProven experience in MarTech, omnichannel, web factory and large-scale centralization projectsExperienced in owning pricing estimations, client discovery discussions and solution architecture Hands-on experience in bid management, solution design, client presentations and legal agreements (SOWs)Excellent communication and client management skills, with ability to clearly articulate value propositionsAbility to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive consensus and deliver tailored solutionsWhat We Offer:Benefits:A differentiated career experienceGrowth opportunitiesCollaborative and inclusive work environmentIndegene is proud to be an Equal Employment Employer committed to the culture of Inclusion and Diversity.
