Automotive Customer Service Representative Job Description:Member support is provided across multiple channels and daily customer requests are managed through a shared mailbox.Customer satisfaction is ensured by promptly addressing complaints and inquiries, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, and handling customer complaints with appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, with follow-up to ensure resolution.Customer interactions, comments, and complaints are recorded and feedback is provided to management regarding customer issues, concerns, and emerging trends. Adherence to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies is maintained, collaboration occurs with a team of Customer Service Representatives and other departments to find suitable solutions to problems, and knowledge is developed and documented into useful content.Key Responsibilities: Conducting product sales, processing returns and related requests, achieving or surpassing performance targets, participating in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge, maintaining a positive empathetic and professional demeanor with customers, and working North American working hours.Requirements: Demonstrated experience in customer service, automotive repair parts and component knowledge, technical or engineering experience, proficiency in English, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently, teamwork skills, digital literacy, willingness to achieve goals and pursue self-improvement, and capability to perform effectively under pressure.
