Our team is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their career goals through our innovative educational programs.Position Overview:Your role as a Program Advisor is to consult potential students on how our programs can help them achieve their career aspirations.Program Advisors are expected to provide exceptional customer service, advising potential students as if they were your family and friends. We seek a talented and competitive individual who can thrive in a dynamic sales environment and contribute to our students' acquisition and revenue growth targets.Key Responsibilities:Advise career changers on how our educational programs can launch them into high-growth careers.Build and manage a pipeline of leads interested in our programs.Provide personalized information to potential students via phone and email.Guide learners through the enrollment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.Adhere to our sales process, tools, and data management processes.Share insights from student conversations with leadership.Required Skills and Qualifications:At least 2 years of experience in inside sales or consultative selling with a track record of exceeding targets in international education markets.Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.Strong phone presence and ability to make a significant number of calls per day.Experience using CRM software (preferably Salesforce).A growth mindset and ability to implement feedback.Ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrollment process.Benefits:We offer equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibit discrimination and harassment of any type.Others:We operate remotely and expect candidates to be self-driven and comfortable working independently to meet metrics without micromanagement.],
