Someone who understands the rhythm of reels, the trends of Instagram and YouTube Shorts, and how to turn raw clips into thumb-stopping stories.What You’ll DoEdit engaging short-form videos for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)Work closely with the marketing and social teams to bring ideas to lifeAdd music, captions, effects, transitions, and other creative elements that match our brand toneMaintain a quick turnaround time without compromising on qualityStay updated with trending audio, effects, and editing stylesOrganise and manage video assets efficientlyYou Should Have1–3 years of hands-on experience in short-form video editingStrong command of Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus)An eye for good storytelling, pacing, and aestheticsAbility to adapt editing style based on platform and audienceA basic sense of colour correction and sound mixingA creative mindset with an understanding of what drives engagementBonus Points If YouHave experience in shooting or directing short-form contentAre active on social media and understand digital cultureCan contribute ideas for content direction and storytellingPerksA young, creative, and high-energy teamRoom to experiment and growWork on content that actually gets seen and shared
