Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Functional Consultant to join our team.Provide expert support and guidance to business users in the implementation and maintenance of D365 F&O solutions.Contribute to solution design, development, and deployment across the project lifecycle.Create detailed functional and customisation design documents to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.Assist with configuration and data migration, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.Troubleshoot complex issues and recommend innovative solutions to drive business success.Key Responsibilities:Support the ongoing rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) across multiple countries.Provide day-to-day support to business users, addressing their needs and resolving queries efficiently.Develop in-depth knowledge of out-of-the-box functionality and identify creative workarounds to meet customer requirements.Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.Stay up-to-date with Microsoft's continuous release plans and recommend new functionality to enhance business operations.Requirements:Deep functional knowledge of D365 F&O Finance module & Project Management and Accounting (PMA).Able to apply technical expertise to real-world scenarios, driving business growth and efficiency.Proven experience in developing customized solutions to complex business problems.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with global colleagues effectively.Demonstrable consultancy experience, with a strong understanding of business processes and ER frameworks.A logical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to introduce structured change into operational systems.Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and maintain excellent attention to detail.
