Job Summary:This role requires a technical lead to oversee OTM upgrade initiatives, design functional enhancements, conduct thorough testing, optimize SQL queries, collaborate on infrastructure support, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions.Lead the upgrade process of OTM systems to version 6.5.3.Design and implement customized functional enhancements aligned with business needs.Conduct comprehensive testing of upgrades and customizations to ensure seamless integration.Optimize and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance for efficient data management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide infrastructure and integration support for OTM environments.Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues and provide ongoing operational support.Document solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer among team members.Required Qualifications:Minimum 4-7+ years of experience in OTM, including at least 2 full upgrade lifecycles.Hands-on expertise with OTM 6.5.x or similar versions.Strong understanding of OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations.Solid experience in Oracle DB administration and SQL/PLSQL development.Familiarity with server, middleware, and infrastructure elements of OTM.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Background in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
