DevOps and Cloud Security Engineer

Looking for a challenging role in DevOps and security? We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security and Automation Specialist. This is not a traditional DevOps role, but rather one that combines expertise in cloud security and automation with the use of AI to make workflows smarter, faster, and more scalable. About the Role: As our foundational DevSecOps hire, you will drive the intersection of AI, cloud security, and DevOps. Your primary responsibility will be to design and enforce secure infrastructure on GCP while continuously innovating with AI-assisted workflows. Key Responsibilities: Design and manage secure environments on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, GKE, Firebase, BigQuery, Apigee) Configure IAM, VPCs, and network policies to enforce least privilege and data residency in Canada Buildeviorporate CI/CD pipelines with automated security checks Remediate vulnerabilities identified in pentests Implement Terraform-based IaC across GCP environments Use AI-powered tools to accelerate code analysis, infra monitoring, and dependency scanning About You: We require someone with 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Security Engineering, with strong exposure to GCP. You must have hands-on expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes/GKE, Docker, CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with AI/ML tools for security and DevOps is also required.
