Job Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to lead our creative efforts.The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in campaign planning and ideation.This role involves working on multiple brands from different industries, developing creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches.Key responsibilities include carrying out creative duties, collaborating with the New Business team, presenting campaigns to clients, and ensuring high-quality standards.The Creative Strategist will also coordinate with the Integrated Solutions Team, provide visual direction, understand and break down briefs, work on revisions, and present through each part of the production process.Additional skills required include strong creative thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to develop and propose value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage a team of junior creative resources and provide direction to them.Strong presentation skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.Understanding of target audience and ability to create content that appeals to them.Knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and ability to propose topical content and campaigns proactively based on trending conversations relevant to the target audience.
