We are currently seeking a professional Civil Engineering Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in sourcing and screening candidates for our clients in the Civil Engineering and Architecture domain.Key Responsibilities:Source high-quality candidates for our clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture field.Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers to ensure seamless communication and timely follow-up.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.Develop relationships with clients and candidates to understand their hiring needs and preferences.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the engineering/architecture domain.Excellent knowledge of civil engineering/architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.This role offers an opportunity to work with a variety of clients and candidates, and to develop your skills and expertise in recruitment.
