T Studio is our cutting-edge game creation engine through which we're dramatically reducing development time for creators, allowing them to build deep, immersive game experiences faster than ever before. Your work with this product will put you at the forefront of gaming technology and AI innovation, offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to shape the future of game development.

What the role is:

We're seeking a Product Manager to drive the evolution of the T Studio product. Your mission will be to conceptualize, develop, and ship features that significantly reduce creation time for game developers, enabling them to bring their visions to life more efficiently than ever before.


What you will do:

  • Own the Product Vision: Your goal is to make game creation faster, easier, and more powerful for creators using T Studio.
  • Lead the development of innovative tools such as new UI systems, performance optimization utilities, and other features that make building deep games super easy for game creators.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally with engineers, designers, and creators to bring your vision to life, working closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation.
  • Drive Projects from conceptualization to launch, ensuring alignment with their overall goals and creator needs.
  • Establish and Track Key Metrics, focusing primarily on the impact of new features in terms of time reduction achieved in the game creation process.
  • Research and Stay Current with industry trends in game development, Unity technologies, and creator platforms to ensure T Studio remains at the cutting edge.
  • Champion Features that allow creators to streamline their workflow, optimize performance, and bring their game ideas to life more quickly and efficiently.
  • Craft the T Studio product roadmap to scale for growth in the game development industry across different creator segments.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of product dev experience : in game development, either as a programmer or a product manager in the gaming industry.
  • Deep technical prowess : You must be comfortable discussing and making decisions about complex technical topics with engineering teams
  • Deep knowledge of Unity 3D, including familiarity with its latest technologies and the Unity Asset Store ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of UI systems, game creation pipelines for mobile games, and 3D modelling pipeline. Familiarity with Figma and Miro is expected.
  • Product management skills :
  • Have a deep passion and understanding of games - can do product teardowns in depth
  • Have an understanding of how sprints, roadmaps are planned and executed
  • Understand product UI / UX - proficient with Figma
  • Research Driven Mindset: Have the instinct to speak and empathize with users and stakeholders - internal and external to understand product needs
  • General Skills
  • Ability to communicate with clarity in verbally and in writing
  • Problem-solving ability and aptitude
  • Data Analysis skills - Excel
