Designation: Finance & Accounts Manager
Experience: 7-12 years
Job Summary :
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified professional to manage the finance and accounts function of the organization. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the company by overseeing financial planning, accounting operations, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Reporting :
Prepare and oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and monthly management reports.
Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) or IFRS, as applicable.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing variance analysis reports.
Budgeting and Forecasting :
Develop annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
Track performance against budgets and provide actionable insights to management for cost control and efficiency improvement.
Taxation & Compliance :
Ensure timely filing of tax returns (Direct and Indirect Taxes: Income Tax, GST, etc.).
Manage tax assessments, audits, and regulatory compliances.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (TDS, PF, ESI, etc.) and ensure timely submission of returns.
Internal Controls & Audits :
Develop and maintain robust internal controls over financial transactions.
Liaise with internal and external auditors, ensuring smooth audit processes and resolving audit findings.
Accounts Payable/Receivable Management :
Oversee day-to-day accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR) activities.
Ensure prompt reconciliation of ledgers and bank accounts, while maintaining cash flow stability.
Financial Planning & Analysis :
Assist in strategic financial planning and provide support in decision-making processes by delivering insightful financial analysis.
Conduct financial modeling to assess investment opportunities and capital budgeting requirements.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management :
Manage cash flow by forecasting future financial positions.
Oversee banking relationships and optimize working capital through proper cash management.

Qualifications & Skills :
Educational Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
