The role involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and leading cross functional teams to achieve project objectives efficiently Key Responsibilities1. Develop and implement program management strategies to ensure successful delivery of projects2. Utilize agile methodology to manage projects, facilitate scrum meetings, and drive continuous improvement3. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure project timelines are met4.
