Quality Assurance TesterJob Description:Ensure all quality assurance related activities are conducted properly and in accordance with best practices and company standards.Responsibilities include: Design and develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on requirements.Execute tests using established methodology to ensure software is free of bugs and meets functional requirements, and identify defects, inconsistencies, or performance issues. Collaborate with developers and engineers to ensure resolution in a timely and efficient manner and in preparation of software releases. Prepare documentation and test reports detailing testing procedures, defects, resolutions, observations to assist in standards review and quality assurance. Applicants with QA Lead experience may be considered for a QA Lead position and will be responsible for reviewing test plans and test results and ensuring the testing and QA efforts are completed in a timely manner. The QA lead will mentor and supervise the QA Analysts.Required Skills and Qualifications:Knowledge and experience of CC&B is essential.Experience with CC&B and/or software testing is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.Ability to calmly and clearly communicate and respond to queries from stakeholders.Able to meet deadlines and work in a professional manner.Benefits:This is a remote position, and applicants will be able to work flexible hours but may be required to attend meetings on occasion in PST hours that are reasonably adjusted to their local time.
