Check out more on what we do: www.tworoadsstudio.comLocation: On-site – Sansad Marg, New DelhiTimings: 10 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday & 10 am to 2 pm on SaturdayRole & ResponsibilitiesConceptualise, script, shoot, and edit 8-10 short-form content videos per week aligned to campaign briefs and content calendar.Own end-to-end production: storyboard, talent direction, on-set filming, audio design, color grading, and final edits optimized for platform performance.Collaborate with the team to iterate creative variations and A/B test hooks, thumbnails, and captions for higher CTR and view-through rates.Maintain a rolling content calendar and asset library; ensure brand guidelines, copyright, and caption best practices are followed across all posts.Stay current with platform trends, emerging formats, and viral mechanics to proactively pitch content ideas that increase organic reach.Must-HaveProven experience creating viral and high-engagement short-form video content for Instagram and YouTube Shorts.Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Premiere ProHands-on proficiency with Adobe After EffectsPractical experience with Canva for quick social assetsStrong short-form video editing skills (timing, pacing, captioning, sound design)PreferredOwn cinematography equipment such as camera, lenses, tripodProfessional video editing experience with hands-on practiceExperience directing talent and running on-set shoots for social contentBenefits & Culture HighlightsFast-paced creative environment with on-site collaboration and real-time feedback loops.Growth opportunities working in a small team.Have a purposeful career serving a meaningful cause.Minimum 5 years experience required.To apply for this position, please email your portfolio and why you want to work with us to Ms Saumya Choudhury: saumya@tworoadsstudio.comWe are hiring immediately for this role.
