Program Assistant Role OverviewAs a program assistant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for learners, addressing inquiries, guiding them through their program journey and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.You will be responsible for responding to learner inquiries via live chat, email and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues. You will also work closely with internal teams to manage program timelines, align deliverables and identify areas for process improvement.This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability and a customer-focused mindset.
