We are looking for a personnel who has an experience in Store and Inventory Operations in a manufacturing preferably Automobile or Railway related industry with an extensive experience in Store and Inventory Management.
Store Management
· Ensure store is well organized
· Conduct regular stock checks and ensuring that the physical stock tallies with system stock
· Provide inputs to Purchase Team for purchase of Consumables when it goes below MSL
· Provide Availability status to Purchase team – for them to plan procurement accurately
· Ensure safety of handling of material
· Participate in annual stock audits
· Being vigilant of pilferage from the store
· Ensure completion of all documentation
· Make monthly stock statement
Material Inward
· Unloading of materials received
· Checking of received materials – for quantity against PO and challan
· Checking of received material for quality with the help of QC department
· Ensuring QC Rejection Slip from Inspection Team is received and sent to Procurement
· Ensuring that the unloaded raw materials are correctly stored
· Making entries of daily received materials in manual registers and Tally ERP
· Generating GRN (Goods Receipt Note) in system and forwarding it to Accounts & Production
· Filing of challans of materials received
· Checking & forwarding the received bills against PO and forwarding the same to accounts for payments
Material Outward
· Receiving Issue Notes from Production
· Removing materials and issuing the same as per the issue note
· Ensuring rejected materials are handed over to vendor
· Making material outward entries in system
Dispatch Documentation
· Generate e-way bills
· Generate Invoices
· Follow up for Road Permits
· Print and compile all dispatch documents (Road permit, Commercial Invoice, Delivery Challan, LR
· Send all acknowledged documents along with related bills of each job to office
Transportation
· Coordinate with local transporters for receiving quotations for dispatch
· Coordinate with transporter to arrange vehicle for dispatch
· Provide documents to transporter for dispatch
· Coordinate with Clearing & forwarding agents for handover & collection of documents
· Coordinate with driver to track delivery status of job
· Update Sales team regarding delivery status of job
· Troubleshoot to resolve any discrepancies and errors that happen along the way
Dispatch
· Coordinate with packing team to ensure finished goods are packed as per plan
· Ensure loading of finished goods
· Ensure all documentation is received as per plan
· Load the materials
· Take photographs of orders as required
