We also come in with some strong IP and pre-built analytics solutions in data mining, BI, and Big Data.About the RoleAs a Sr. Manager/ Director, you will:ResponsibilitiesWork with clients leading marketing & customer roles at Fortune 100 BFSIWork closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and understand the underlying business problems.Serve as the bridge between business needs and analytical solutions.Collaboratively work with leadership and SMEs to create innovative solutions for business challenges.Utilize your understanding of BFSI data and analytics to drive decision-making.Leverage your expertise in Data such as Marketing, Customer Data, Risk, AML, Campaign Data, to provide effective solutions.Utilize knowledge of AI/ML and Gen AI to build solutions and architecture to align the client and the delivery team under you.Assist in Opportunity identification / POV creation / Proposal for clients.Apply Agile methods to manage analytics projects efficiently, ensuring they deliver value quickly.Lead and mentor a team of analysts, data engineers, data scientists fostering innovation and excellence. Qualifications13+ years of professional experience in Analytics, showcasing demonstrated expertise in BFSI or similar, KYC, Risk and customer analytics projects. Required SkillsDemonstrated capability in machine learning domains such as classification, unsupervised learning.Experience in Gen AI in leading to build solutions across co-pilots, Chatbots, Document extraction etc.Advanced programming skills in SQL, Python, and PySpark, capable of leading and guiding teams.Experience working with platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities to navigate complex projects effectively.5+ years of team management.Leadership experience with a proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.Effective communication skills, adept at presenting complex insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
