ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:


  • Support creation and periodically modification of bank's medium to long-term strategy ensuring seamless translation of strategic objectives into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes across all business verticals.
  • To identify, plan, and support execute strategic initiatives that drive sustainable assets growth, profitability, risk alignment, productivity across channels etc. in alignment with organizational vision and regulatory requirements.
  • Coherent asset deployment plans, ability to achieve target yields and manage asset concentration effectively.
  • Ensure envisioned outcomes of the identified initiatives are achieved within desired timelines.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic initiatives


Educational / Qualifications:


  • MBA / CA / CFA


Experience: Minimum: 8-12 years of progressive experience in banking, financial services, or strategic consulting.
