Electronics Design Engineer - Test DevelopmentThis is a senior-level electronics design engineer position, responsible for the development of digital test solutions.Key Responsibilities:Detailed knowledge of Digital Fault Tolerance (DFT) concepts and techniques is required.Hands-on experience in scan insertion, Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG), coverage analysis, Transition delay test coverage analysis is necessary.Expertise in Memory Built-In Self-Test (MBIST) insertion and Memory test validation is required.Strong skills in test mode timing constraints definition, including knowledge of providing timing fixes/corrective actions for timing violations are essential.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl and Shell is expected.Experience in Register Transfer Level (RTL) and Gate level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors is necessary.Knowledge of equivalence check, DFT Design Rule Checks (DRC) rules both in RTL lint tool and ATPG tool is required.Familiarity with Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test tools is an asset.Benefits:The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and teamwork skills, and good English language proficiency.
