Senior Talent Acquisition Professional We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with a strong ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decisions through data and market intelligence. About the RoleThe Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will play a strategic role in owning and driving the entire recruitment lifecycle. This includes leading intake calls, advising stakeholders on hiring decisions, building talent strategies, and ensuring successful closures for assigned roles. Owning end-to-end hiring for assigned roles and driving all stages to closureLeading structured intake calls, defining success profiles, and aligning hiring managers on expectations and timelinesDriving outbound hiring especially for niche and senior SaaS rolesBuidling talent pipelines for SaaS-focused rolesUsing advanced sourcing tactics such as Boolean strings, social sourcing, portfolio-driven discovery, and targeted outreachManaging interview velocity, candidate experience, and offer negotiation to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring outcomesTracking hiring funnels, conversion rates, and time-to-fill to improve process efficiency using a data-backed approach RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:3–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience with exposure to B2B SaaS hiringProven track record hiring across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM rolesStrong capability in outbound hiring, passive talent engagement, and niche role sourcingAbility to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decisions through data and market intelligenceStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub sourcing, portfolio platforms)Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentData-driven mindset with comfort using hiring metrics and dashboards BenefitsWe offer a range of benefits, including:Brilliant teammates – Work with some of the sharpest minds in legal techExpand your network – Interact with top founders, investors, and industry leadersReal impact – Take ownership of projects and see your work in actionBig goals, bold moves – We trust you to deliver, innovate, and push boundaries Our Core ValuesWe believe in:Our business is to delight CustomersBe Transparent.
