Advanced Quality Assurance ExpertWe are seeking a seasoned Advanced Quality Assurance Expert to join our agile development team and drive the delivery of high-quality software through advanced testing strategies. This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you will design and implement automation frameworks, execute complex test plans, and lead an AI-first approach to quality assurance.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust testing strategies and automation platforms.Author and execute functional test cases and automation scripts for complex features.Define and implement automation strategies, protocols, and frameworks.Conduct performance testing and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.Recommend architectural improvements for scalability and reliability of testing methodologies.Work closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to ensure sprint commitments are met.Leverage AI agents to automate test execution and reduce reliance on traditional scripts.Requirements:8–13 years overall experience in Software Testing.6+ years experience in Automation Testing.3+ years hands-on experience with Cypress and TypeScript for UI automation.Experience with Performance testing using K6.API testing using Postman.Accessibility tools like Wave and AudioEye.DevOps Knowledge: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.Ability to leverage AI agents for automated testing.
