Financial Planning Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Planning Lead to join our team.This role will be responsible for leading the development of our financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning and analysis, with strong knowledge of financial models, data analysis, and communication skills.The Financial Planning Lead will work closely with our founders and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective financial solutions. This includes:Creating detailed financial models and forecasts to inform business decisionsDeveloping and maintaining financial reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)Providing financial guidance and support to senior leadership on strategic initiativesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of financial plans with overall business objectivesThe successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
