Job TitleQuality Assurance AnalystAbout This RoleThe Quality Assurance Analyst plays a pivotal part in ensuring high-quality deliverables of software applications. Key responsibilities include creating test plans, executing test cases, documenting results, and collaborating with development teams to enhance product quality.Key Responsibilities:Test Planning & Documentation: Analyze business requirements and technical specifications, develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts, identify test scenarios for functional, regression, and integration testing.Test Execution: Execute manual and automated test cases, validate functionality, performance, and usability of applications, document test results and log defects in the tracking system (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).Defect Management: Identify, report, and track defects through resolution, work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues, retest fixes, and ensure proper resolution.Quality Control & Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and SDLC process, participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings (Agile), recommend process improvements to enhance testing efficiency.Collaboration & Communication: Work with product owners, business analysts, developers, and project managers, provide regular updates on testing status and risks.Why Join Us?We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team.
