Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our testing efforts and ensure the quality of our credit risk strategies.Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring that all aspects of our credit risk logic are thoroughly tested.Conduct unit testing of individual credit strategies or rule components to validate correct implementation of business logic.Use SAS to extract, validate, and analyze test data, comparing results against expected outputs.Maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect tracking information.Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience in testing or validating credit risk or decision engine strategies (e.g., application, behavior, or collections strategies).Strong SAS programming skills – data extraction, manipulation, and validation.Hands-on experience with UAT management, test planning, and defect tracking tools.High proficiency in MS Excel for validation, reconciliation, and reporting.Solid understanding of credit risk management processes and decisioning frameworks (scorecards, rules, cut-offs, overrides).Additional Information:The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to effectively present findings to senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential for success in this role.
