Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement and implement automation to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and increase efficiency using ERP and CRM solutions.
Responsibilities:
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science. or MCA or equivalent
- Support the deployment of ERP & CRM systems, ensuring smooth integration with existing IT infrastructure.
- Integrate D365 and Salesforce with applications and configure systems for D365 Finance modules, while developing custom dashboards and automating reports using Power BI and Salesforce Reporting Tool.
- Develop custom classes, scripts, forms, reports, dashboards, and KPIs, including customized workflows, on D365 and Salesforce.
- Provide technical analysis for business requirements, recommend process changes for better ERP & CRM adoption, and manage data import, cleansing, duplication, optimization, and maintenance.
- Communicate with departments to understand processes, customize systems, and coordinate quarterly ERP & CRM training with the technical support team for new users and roles
- Manage end to end customizations to the ERP & CRM system by making recommendations, highlighting options and pros/cons (impact assessments) of the changes in collaboration with external developers.
- Apply ERP updates and upgrades to maintain security, and train end-users on functionalities and best practices.
- Implement CRM workflows to automate sales and marketing, and track and analyse campaign performance to adjust strategies.
- Align ERP and CRM initiatives with strategic goals, participate in long-term planning, coordinate vendor relationships, and evaluate third-party solutions to enhance capabilities.
Skill Profile:
- Should have extensive experience on the technical architecture, configuration options, and customization capabilities development experience for about 10-12 years.
- Proven experience of advanced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP, Salesforce implementation
- Sound technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP system and Salesforce.
- Skilled in crafting scalable, flexible, and maintainable Dynamics 365 solutions and Salesforce cloud services, including system architectures, data models, and integration patterns
- Experienced in integrating Dynamics 365 & Salesforce with ERP, CRM, third-party apps, and custom solutions, and possessing solid knowledge of data migration strategies and tools for Dynamics 365 & Salesforce.
- Good development skills in languages such as C#, X++, APEX, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST API, SOQL, SQL database and experience with frameworks like .NET.
- Comprehensive grasp of Dynamics 365 & Salesforce security models and roles, coupled with extensive knowledge of compliance standards like GDPR, HIPAA, and industry-specific regulations along with cloud services
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 suite, covering Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and comprehensive understanding of D365 capabilities, limitations, and implementation best practices.
- Ability to understand and navigate the complexities of Interacting with geographical dispersed teams (including of software developers, business users and other third parties)
- Skilled in project management methodologies and tools for overseeing Dynamics 365 & Salesforce implementation, with leadership abilities to guide teams and ensure effective outcomes.
- Experienced in developing holistic solutions that meet business goals, while effectively maintaining technical feasibility, business needs, and cost factors.
- Confident in presenting technical solutions to clients, addressing concerns, and adept at building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Understanding of security principles and best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of applications.
- Proven experience as an SME in ERP & CRM platforms.
- Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles.
- Expert in presenting technical solutions to clients, addressing concerns, and adept at building and maintaining positive client relationships.
