Job Description:Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for associates to enhance their soft skills, voice, accent, language, and behavior. Ensure these skills align with client-defined requirements.Conduct periodic refresher sessions on communication, soft skills, grammar, syllable stress, and voice intonation to maintain a high level of proficiency among associates.Maintain ongoing monitoring of associates' performance and identify areas that require improvement or additional training.Design and deliver targeted refreshers aimed at bridging performance gaps and improving overall efficiency.Regularly assess training needs to ensure effective performance and provide coaching as necessary.Facilitate team meetings and huddles to gauge progress and identify areas that require improvement.Monitor the performance of lower-performing associates and implement strategies to improve their skills.Lead internal audits on communications and soft skills to evaluate effectiveness and implement improvements.Conduct regular training needs assessments (TNA) and action plans (TNI) to address performance gaps and improve associate capabilities.Required Skills and Qualifications:Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.Strong understanding of communication, soft skills, and cultural aspects.Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions based on insights gained.Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and project management skills.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to organizational growth.Chance to develop and refine your leadership and training skills.Professional development opportunities to advance your career.Others:Work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and creativity.Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance.
