If you’re passionate about cutting-edge SoC and ASIC design and have strong expertise in BIST, ATPG, Scan, and advanced DFT methodologies , this is the opportunity to power your next career move with a global semiconductor partner🔧 Position: DFT Engineer / Senior DFT Engineer / Technical Lead 📍 Location: Noida & Bangalore 💼 Experience: 5 to 16+ Years 🕒 Joining Timeline: Noida: Immediate to < 30 Days preferred Bangalore: Immediate to 90 Days 🧩 Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement DFT architectures for complex SoCs and ASICs. Hands-on expertise in Scan Insertion, ATPG, and Fault Coverage improvement . Design and integration of MBIST, LBIST, and BSCAN structures. Experience with Boundary Scan (JTAG) and On-Chip Clock Controller (OCC) implementations. Define and validate SDC constraints and work closely with synthesis, STA, and physical design teams. Proficient in EDT/Compression techniques and SSN (Switching Noise) analysis . Perform DFT verification, pattern generation, and bring-up support on silicon. Collaborate cross-functionally with RTL, PD, and Validation teams for DFT closure and silicon success. 🧠 Required Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in: Scan, ATPG, BIST (MBIST/LBIST) Boundary Scan (JTAG, BSCAN) EDT / Compression Techniques OCC (On-Chip Clock Controller) SDC, SSN, and DFT verification Proficiency with any leading DFT tools (Mentor Tessent, Synopsys DFTMAX, Cadence Modus, or equivalent). Solid understanding of ASIC flow — RTL to GDSII, test synthesis, and post-silicon validation. 🎓 Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or VLSI Engineering. 💰 Why Join ACL Digital?
