2. Should independently deliver projects with support of engineers and CADD technicians. Should mentor Mid-level engineers.

3. Technically strong and independent decision taker. Should be able to effectively communicate with contractor.

4. Should be strong in Indian codes and well-versed with all load applications for tall structures.

5. Knowing software ETABS is mandatory .

6. Having M-tech in Structures is an added advantage.
