Macro Analyst Role OverviewThe role of a Macro Analyst involves working closely with the strategy and research team to interpret macroeconomic signals, analyze intermarket dynamics, and identify tradeable global trends.This entails tracking macroeconomic events, central bank moves, and geopolitical developments, analyzing inter-asset relationships, and contributing to daily/weekly market outlooks and trading calendars.A key responsibility of the role is performing sentiment tracking using heatmaps, positioning data, and risk metrics, researching major FX pairs, commodity contracts, and crypto pairs from a macro perspective, and assisting in backtesting macro-based trade ideas using historical data.To be successful in this position, you will need a strong grasp of economic data, market narratives, and trend interpretation, experience with TradingView, economic calendars, Investing.com, or Bloomberg tools, and the ability to transform complex data into simplified, actionable analysis.Strong understanding of economic data and market trendsExperience with TradingView, economic calendars, and Bloomberg toolsAbility to analyze inter-market dynamics and identify tradeable trendsSkilled in transforming complex data into simplified analysisThis role offers opportunities for professional growth and development, working with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality market insights and analysis.We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for career advancement.
