Integration Specialist PositionJob Description:As an Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing seamless integrations between enterprise systems and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Pro. You will work closely with various teams to ensure successful deployment and support of these integrations.Key Responsibilities:Integration Development: Design and maintain integrations between UKG WFM Pro and systems such as HR, payroll, ERP, and timekeeping using Boomi iPaaS.API & Connector Management: Configure UKG WFM Pro APIs, Boomi connectors, and web services for seamless data exchange.Error Handling & Monitoring: Implement monitoring, logging, and exception handling to ensure reliable integration performance.Performance Optimization: Tune Boomi processes for efficiency, scalability, and compliance with enterprise standards.Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, integration maps, and support guides.Collaboration: Work with HRIS, payroll, IT, and vendor teams to ensure successful deployment and support.Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Level 2/3 support for integration issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience with UKG WFM Pro integrations.2+ years of hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere.Boomi Professional Developer certification preferred.Experience with HRIS, Payroll, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) is a plus.UKG WFM Pro Expertise: Strong knowledge of UKG WFM Pro modules, configuration, and data structures.Boomi AtomSphere: Experience with Boomi integration development, deployment, and administration.Integration Patterns: Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, flat files, SFTP, and middleware.Data Management: Strong skills in data mapping, transformation, and validation across HR/Payroll systems.Programming: Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, Groovy, Python) for custom logic in Boomi.Cloud & Security: Understanding of cloud-based integration, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and data security best practices.
